How do I rent a unit? Renting online is easies! Click the “Unit Prices” tab, select your desired size, and follow the move-in instructions. You can also call us to rent a unit over the phone.

How do I get access to the unit after I sign up? You will receive a code via email to remove the facility lock from your unit. Replace that with your own lock and you're good to go!

Do I bring my own lock? Yes, please bring your own lock. We recommend a disc lock (circular shape with a protected shackle) - they are the most secure.

Does Longview offer climate-controlled storage? YES! These brand new units provide the only climated controlled mini storage within 30 miles!

Does Longview offer outdoor storage? Coming soon!

Where is Longview Storage Partners located? Our facility is located at 3249 W. M-76, West Branch, MI 48661. This is on the west side of town near the new Meijer and Dean Arbour Ford. (Not to be confused with South M-76!)

How close is the facility to I-75? We are only 1 mile from Exit 215. This is the north exit for West Branch which is a growing destination that includes a brand new Meijer and convenience center.

Is the facility easy to find and pull into? Yes, our facility is on the main business loop through town which offers an “easy on, easy off” spot and plenty of space for large vehicles.

Is there enough room to navigate a truck and trailer? Yes, our buildings are spaced far apart with wide aisles. You can back a trailer up to most of the units and there is also room to loop in and out.

What are the storage buildings like? Most of the units are modern engineered storage buildings with roll-up garage doors, concrete floors, motion lights, and tall ceilings.

Does the parking lot get plowed? Yes, a professional landscaping company plows the parking lot in a timely fashion (usually by 9am) when there is 3+ inches of snow.

What are tenant access hours? The storage units are accessible to our tenants 24/7.

How secure is Longview? The facility offers ample lighting, 24/7 security cameras, high visibility areas, and a safe location next to town. The owners are on-site often throughout the week to ensure the facility is safe, secure, and appropriately maintained.

Is there someone on-site at the facility during business hours? No, our business is mostly conducted via calls, text, email, and our website. Owners can be on-site by appointment for critical needs.

What are your business hours? Our contact hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm. You can call/text outside of those hours and we will reply as soon as we can.

What payment types do you accept? Credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, Venmo, and checks/money orders are accepted. Online methods are preferred and there are no additional fees.

Can I set up autopay? Yes, we offer automatic bill pay with your credit/debit card or with your ACH banking information.
